An impressive Mediterranean villa was born from an invitation to renovate the general façade!

The nice young owners were thinking about renovating the facade when they came to me and felt that it was worth asking for help in the design of the future appearance. The exterior renovation works of the house require a serious investment, so it is very beneficial to be sure of what to visualize, what kind of decision will have an impact.

On a family home, it is difficult to imagine the extent of the modifications, since even choosing a plaster color can be ‘cheating’ by looking at a small card. And when the huge surface is ready – we will no longer change the tone or even the cladding, even if our decisions may not have had the expected effect.

It is worthwhile to have visualizations made to see what can be brought out of our property, because I can often draw attention to a trick or opportunity that the owner may not even have thought of.
