Modern bedroom in an old farmhouse turned into a cottage

A Transylvanian couple commissioned me to design the renovation of an old farmhouse with a veranda, because they wanted to create a modern holiday home where they could relax with friends and relatives if they had some time. Typically small statues, elongated layout, shady spaces, long veranda. They wanted a modern environment, but I also considered it important to preserve the original character of the house.
