When someone is looking for a new home, they probably already have some problems with the previous one, which in most cases cannot be easily remedied. They usually ‘outdoor’ the apartment, but it is also common to have to smuggle an extra function into our living space, creating a new children’s room, guest room, study, music room, wardrobe or playroom, not to mention the need to increase the size of storage spaces. 

I have seen a lot of times as a real estate salesman standing up that an interested person enters the chosen property and does not see its potential, because a little mess, some old furniture, a very vivid use of colours, or a style that is much farther away than his makes it difficult for him to do his job. Many good-priced apartments or houses could be excellent homes for the buyers, which have a lot of great potential, but these potentials are unfortunately hidden for the interested person due to the circumstances.
