Planning your home
When our lives reach a certain stage, most of us have the desire to create an independent life space tailored to us in every way. This process typically starts with daydreaming, and this is natural, but I know from experience that the idealized image in the young daydreamer's head will practically never greet him when he enters his later apartment, unless the realization is preceded by careful planning and meticulously monitored execution.
Many people still buy apartments imagining how much floor space and how many rooms they will need, and perhaps even taking into account where the property should be, but in addition to the prices of square meters and the number of floors, the future owners rarely calculate with the interior features, although in fact their lives, with all their everyday moments, have to be inserted into the walls that they bought. That's why I always advise you to start looking for a home by assessing all the important details of your own lifestyle. How many of us will live there when we move and whether we can expect to expand our family, what activities we do at home, work and study, or maybe we will need more welcoming, partying spaces. We need to know if we really cook every day, because quite often I come across needs that are not always well thought out, such as ‘I will need a large luxury kitchen because it has always been my dream!’ – but if I ask more about it, it turns out that residents never cook because they travel a lot and are so busy that they usually do not eat breakfast at home and it would be a shame to expand a room that is probably underused to the detriment of the size of other rooms. It is precisely for these reasons that it is also necessary to assess how much time is wasted by daily housework; For these tasks, we will usually need an independent, well-functioning space and equipment, even if our future home will not have 8 rooms. In this case, it is generally recognized that it is necessary to think about the distribution of interior spaces, the size and function of the rooms and, last but not least, the placement of a practical piece of furniture with all the necessary functions, so that no corner of our property is crowded, oppressive or reluctantly fragmented; taking into account the essential aspect that the really imaginatively designed furniture and structure elements always serve the needs of the residents well, especially in case of smaller basic areas! After all this (and certainly not sooner than I usually experience) there can only be a dream of colors, decorations and aesthetics to make the interior of the house a truly round whole. Hopefully, the apartment will become a real home when we move in, take possession of the rooms, arrange our personal belongings, display our photos, and arrange a nice bouquet of memories here and there. Created in this way, it is an ever-changing warm environment, suitable for the owners in every respect, radiating safety and harmony, which provides an inviting and friendly refuge for our guests and everyday activities in every situation, while at the same time perfectly satisfying our needs.
