The hallway-like kitchen

This type is also called a galley, of course, because of the elongated layout. In fact, such a kitchen is built by it when there is a long stretch of space available and there is no way to create an otherwise comfortable l-shape. By the way, this form is extremely practical to use if you carefully plan the location of zones with the right function. Because it all depends on the placement of the household appliances on the two opposite walls. The stove and sink should be on the same side if possible, and if this is not possible, these functions should face each other. Do not forget that the width of the hallway should be at least 120 cm, because this is all that is needed to comfortably bend down to an open wardrobe door. Another great advantage of these parallel kitchens is that we can make our daily activities easier, for example by placing the drawer with the tableware opposite the dishwasher, as shown in one of the pictures. At one end of the corridor, the dining room or a huge terrace door can become a real focus, depending on the features of the space.
