The Linear Kitchen

The kitchen is the soul of the home. Its design and size depends primarily on the properties of the property, and on our habits, how many, when and for what we use it. When designing our dream kitchen, there are countless aspects to consider, but if space saving is one of the most important, then it is almost certain that we will choose a linear kitchen. These rooms, arranged along a single line, are most characteristic of panel apartments, since the space is very limited. However, three functions must definitely be included, namely storage, cooking and dishwashing, which must always be lined up one after the other. In order to make the most of the space, it is generally advisable to place the sink in the middle of the row and the fridge and stove at the two ends - although in some cases the hob and the water block should be replaced. More practical space can be gained by installing some kitchen appliances under or above the counter – making the most valuable part of the kitchen, the work desk, as small as possible, overcrowded.
